* Our check-in will be a bit more informal. Usually, zines will have check-ins with beta reading, feedback, etc, but this check-in will just be the mods reaching out to ask if you are still interested in participating. You MUST check-in with us during this time to still be in the project, or let us know ahead of time that you will be unavailable for the check-in, but will still be participating.

PARTICIPATING IN VOLUME 3:

If you're reading this because you're interested, thank you so much for wanting to join us for volume 3! 💫This will be run a little differently than the other volumes. Instead of holding applications then proceeding through regular check-ins like usual, the structure of this zine will be a lot looser! For volume 3, anyone willing to participate as a writer, artist, or merch artist is more than welcome to join! We will be allowing anyone and everyone to join us by signing up during the allocated time period (shown in our schedule above), and everyone will be able to create whatever they like!SHIP DISTRIBUTIONContributors will be able to make multiple pieces if they so wish. In the previous volumes, we assigned ships to contributors either through applications or pitches, but this time, you get to pick which ship you want to do and that includes doing multiple ships if you'd like. If you do, we just ask that you don't do multiple pieces for the same ship if they're in the same zine.For example, if you join as an artist, you can do multiple page art illustrations! If you decide to do one SFW illustration and one NSFW illustration, they can both be NamGi (as one will be in the SFW zine and the other will be in the NSFW zine), but if you're doing two SFW illustrations (where they'll be in the same SFW zine), they have to be for different ships, and you can do one for NamGi and one for NamGiKook as a poly pairing.CHECK-INIt was briefly mentioned in the schedule, but we will be having one check-in! You must participate in check-in or we will assume you are not interested in finishing out the zine. Check-in for this zine will be extremely loose, and will just be us checking in with you to see if you still plan on finishing the work you signed up for! If you miss check-in without getting in contact with us, we will remove you from the project and as the sign-up period will have already passed, you will be unable to rejoin.DISCORD SERVER AND COMMUNICATIONSYou must join the Discord server in order to participate! You do not need to be active socially, but we will be handling all communications through Discord ONLY. So you need to be a part of the server to have access to announcements and further communication between mods and contributors.WHO CAN PARTICIPATEWhile Cosmos: The Final is open sign-up, all contributors MUST be 18 years of age or older. There are no exceptions to this. Even if you do not plan on participating in the NSFW zine, you still must be 18+ at the time of signing up to join. If you are caught lying about your age, you will promptly be removed.

WHAT IS THE RATING OF THIS ZINE?
The main zine will be rated T while the side-zine will be rated E for NSFW content! You will be able to pick and choose which zines you want to receive.IS THIS ZINE OPEN SIGN-UP?
Yes! Anyone who wants to participate will be able to join us and be a part of the project! There will not be any applications this time around.WHAT IS THIS ZINE'S THEME?
Volume 1 focused on the fandom's association with Yoongi and the stars, while Volume 2 expanded on the star theme a little bit and had a focus on nighttime in general. For Volume 3, we will be Cosmos. Contributors will interpret this theme in the best way they see fit!WILL COSMOS BE PRINTED?
Cosmos will be a digital zine only! So nothing will be physically mailed to you.HOW MUCH WILL THE ZINE COST?
For the final volume, the zine will be available to you for any price. Essentially, you just pay what you want to go to charity (this could be any price, such as a $1 or $100), and you will get access to the zine. In previous volumes, there has always been a low-cost set price point, but to get the digital zines of Volume 3, we won't have those set price points, but will be raising money for charity based on you paying whatever you're comfortable with!CAN WE BUY VOLUME 1 OR VOLUME 2?
Including Volume 3, Cosmos has a total of 6 zines. If you make a donation of $30+ you will gain access to both zines in Volume 3, plus the SFW zines of Volume 1 and 2. If you make a donation of $60+ you will gain access to all six zines across Cosmos. Meaning you'll get all 3 SFW and all 3 NSFW zines! (You will of course be able to opt out of the NSFW zines if you wish!) No matter the amount, you will get all zines and merch for Volume 3, but if you're interested in these other zines, then the $30+ and $60+ options are where you'll be able to grab them for the last time!IS THIS ZINE FOR-PROFIT?
Cosmos is dedicated to donating a sum of money on Yoongi's birthday, so due to this goal, all profits earned from this zine will be donated to charity! No funds will be kept and distributed for profit. We will be donating to Yonsei University Health System's Severance Hospital, the hospital that the center Yoongi volunteered during enlistment is under!WILL THERE BE GUEST CONTRIBUTORS?
Nope! Since the zine is open sign-up for the final volume, there will be no invited guests.CAN WE USE OLD ARTWORK OR WRITING AS OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE ZINE?
As much as we love that you have art or writing that would fit this zine already, everything for Cosmos: The Final should be new, original artwork created specifically for the zine.ONCE THE ZINE IS FINISHED, WILL I STILL HAVE THE RIGHTS TO MY WORK?
Yes, all contributors will retain the rights to their work! Once the zine finishes, you will of course be able to do whatever you like with your own art and writing. We just ask that during the zine process, you don't distribute, sell, or share your work. Usually at the end, the mods will give you the green light to go ahead and post, which means you now have full rights to your work once again!WILL CONTRIBUTORS RECEIVE A FREE COPY OF THE ZINE?
